Would have been a nice event if the lag wouldnt have been that bad :/

Well hope there will be other events like that (maybe bit more lagfree).

But yeah due to lag this event was kinda a waste for me.

Gratz to everyone who achieved what they wanted tho and didnt suffer from lag.

Edit : I am not blaming anyone here. Just stating some unfortunate things :P

Last few games I played I had an average of 1500 ping. That's utterly ridiculous. Everything else was fine - I played some Quake Wars on ~50 ping between AB bouts, all the time on a Euro vent on a quite nice ~300 ping (connecting from Australia). 1500 ping average on US servers was absolutely ridiculous.

Kurz FFF was great this weekend.

The groups I saw in action had a 100% success rate in getting all four routes run in a very fast time.

Almost all groups I was with had at least one or two (or more) people who just sacced, and all the runners were happy to provide some FFF for the saccers.

There was a general atmosphere of efficiency and goodwill to all kurz in the conservatory.

I went from r0 to r3.5 kurz in 1 1/2 days.

Very good kurz event, props to all the kurz runners and the kurz saccers.

Eh, that's nothing. I've got 56k for the summer and get lag spikes around 15,000 (I've seen them as high as 27,000 I think). Nothing like getting one frame every 20 seconds (thank god it isn't always like that, it settles down to around 1400-1600 usually, which is QUITE playable so long as you aren't running an interupt build).
